What you will need:
- 4 Apricots
- Lemon Juice
- Peel, chop, and mash 4 apricots to make about 1 cup of fruit.
- Combine with ¾ cup sugar and 1 tsp. lemon juice in a saucepan.
- Stir over medium heat until the mixture reaches a rolling boil.
- Continue to stir for 3 more minutes while boiling.
- Cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Eat by the teaspoonful while drinking tea.
